Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the i1win platform — this is a legally binding agreement between you and us.
1. General Provisions
i1win is a safe and reliable online gaming platform operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. These Terms govern your relationship with i1win and define the rights and responsibilities of both parties.
Continued use of the platform will be taken as confirmation that you have read and accepted the latest version of these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; the first time you access the platform after any change, you will automatically be considered to have agreed to the updated Terms.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" — i1win's website, mobile version, and all associated services.
- "User" or "You" — any registered or unregistered visitor to the platform.
- "Account" — the personal user profile created through registration on i1win.
- "Balance" — the funds and bonus amounts held in your account.
- "Bonus" — any promotional offer or credit provided by the platform.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on i1win, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
- One person may operate only one account.
- A new account cannot be opened if an existing or previously closed account is on record.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
i1win may request identity verification at any time in the interest of security and fraud prevention. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or similar documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials confidential. i1win will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your password with a third party or from unauthorized access to your account. 3. Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposits
We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for depositing funds on i1win. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a successful request, funds generally reach your chosen mobile wallet within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification or a security review is pending.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed through the same method used for the deposit. If the deposit and withdrawal methods do not match, i1win reserves the right to reject the request.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on the i1win platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
4. Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳6,000, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies and your total balance will be ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit. The current wagering multiplier is 15x.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be used in the games or sections specified in the relevant promotion.
- A new bonus cannot be claimed while an existing bonus is active until the requirements for the previous one have been met.
- i1win reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after meeting the wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
- Each promotion may have a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after expiry.
5. VIP Program
i1win's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Tiers advance based on regular play, and each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
i1win reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and conditions. An account's VIP status may be revoked at i1win's discretion if fraudulent or inappropriate conduct is proven.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the i1win platform, and accounts may be permanently closed if such activity is detected:
- Operating multiple accounts or opening new accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
- Submitting fake or altered identity documents.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial means.
- Colluding with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
- Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
- Harassing, threatening, or disturbing other users.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
7.1 i1win's Rights
i1win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
- Fraudulent transactions or unusual betting patterns.
- An order from a law enforcement agency or a legal obligation.
7.2 Closure at User's Request
If you wish to close your account, contact us at [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your eligible balance before closure, unless the account is being seized due to a security issue or rule violation.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the i1win platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software — is protected under the intellectual property rights of i1win or the relevant third parties. Copying, distributing, or commercially using any material without prior permission is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
The i1win platform provides services on an "as is" basis. i1win will not be liable for the following:
- Interruption to any game session due to loss of internet connection or a technical fault.
- Delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
- Loss resulting from your own negligence or sharing your account credentials with others.
- Events outside the platform or issues with your device.
i1win reserves the right to partially or fully suspend services at any time without prior notice; however, balances held in accounts will remain protected during such periods.
10. Privacy

11. Responsible Gaming
